1. Service Authorization
The client authorizes Bobby Beauvior and lunch lead digitals to access, review, and analyze their credit reports for the purpose of identifying, disputing, and removing inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information.
All credit reporting and dispute services will be performed directly by Bobby Beauvior and his authorized team. The client acknowledges that these services are limited to assisting in the correction of errors or inaccuracies appearing on their credit reports.
2. Scope of Services
• Preparation and submission of disputes to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies
• Tracking and monitoring the progress of all disputes submitted
• Advising the client on strategies for maintaining positive credit and responsible financial management
• Providing educational materials to help the client understand their credit rights and obligations
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of the credit repair process, the client agrees to:
• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information as requested
• Promptly share all correspondence received from credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies
• Maintain open and timely communication with lunch lead digitals
• Refrain from submitting independent disputes to credit bureaus while enrolled in services, unless directed to do so by lunch lead digitals
4. Results Disclaimer
While lunch lead digitals will make every effort to achieve positive results, no specific outcomes or timeframes are guaranteed.
Results vary depending on the accuracy of the credit data, responsiveness of third parties, and the client’s own participation.
Beauvior Business Solutions does not promise or imply:
• A specific credit score increase
• Removal of accurate, verifiable, or current information
• Any extension of credit or financing approval as a result of services provided
Clients will be billed only after services are performed, in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679b(b)), which prohibits advance fees.
The client may cancel services at any time without penalty by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, Beauvior Business Solutions will cease all work immediately, and no further charges will occur for unperformed services.

All client inquiries, complaints, or disputes should be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation and compliance handling.
7. Compliance & Confidentiality
• The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) – Ensuring accurate and fair credit reporting practices
• The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) – Protecting consumers from deceptive credit repair practices
All personal information provided by the client will remain strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering authorized credit repair services.
Data protection and client privacy are maintained in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
The client also affirms that they have received a copy of this agreement and the CROA Disclosure Statement, as required by federal law.
